Terms of Service

1. Agreement

ISN Group d.o.o., IT storitve in poslovno svetovanje, d.o.o. (Registration Court: Okrožno sodišče v Ljubljani, Registration Number (Matična št.): 9351809000, Tax ID: SI 20841515) provides these terms. By engaging with us, you agree to this document.

Share capital: 7,560.00 EUR.

2. Services

We provide fractional CTO, delivery oversight, AI consulting, and technical strategy support to B2B customers.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are detailed in a separate proposal or statement of work. Payments are due according to agreed terms.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice if the other party breaches material terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
